New client assessment + Spinal Flow Session
Maybe it's the tension in your neck and shoulders that never fully goes away. Maybe it's the lower back discomfort you've learned to live with. Or perhaps it's poor sleep, headaches, fatigue or anxiety that keep showing up no matter what you do.
Most of us push through these symptoms, ignore them, or simply accept them.
But what if they are not random? What if this is your body's way of telling you that something needs attention?
Throughout life, we experience physical, emotional, and chemical stress. When that stress isn't fully processed, it can become stored in the body in the form of actual blockages, affecting our overall health. Over time we forget what true ease in the body feels like. What a body often needs is a sense of safety so it can begin to let go of what it has been holding onto for so long.
The Spinal Flow Technique works with gentle, precise touch along the spine to help release stored stress, support the nervous system, and reconnect the body with its natural healing ability.
Think of your spine as a map of your life. The Spinal Flow Technique has identified seven specific regions along the spine where blockages most commonly form and where Life Force Energy can either flow freely or become obstructed.
Each area corresponds to a different part of the body and a different theme in life. The base of the spine relates to survival, safety, and the ability to rest. The Lower Back holds personal power and digestive function. The Thoracic spine guards the heart, often hardening after years of unprocessed emotion. The neck and throat area stores the things that were never said (the boundaries not spoken, the truth not expressed). And the very top of the spine where the brain meets the body, is where the mind can become so busy that it loses its connection downward entirely. When any of these areas is blocked, energy cannot move freely through that region. The body compensates. Other areas work harder. And over time, what began as a whisper becomes a shout.
Your body is not trying to punish you. It is trying to reach you.
Understanding the language your body speaks to you and knowing how to respond to it - is the foundation of the Spinal Flow Technique.
