If you are looking for some guilt-free sweets, or if you can’t tolerate an apple in its raw form due to digestive or thyroid issues, try this simple, yet delicious recipe.
•4 apples, cored
•1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
•2 tbsp. raisins
•1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
•1/2 tsp. cinnamon
•Dash of ground cloves (optional)
•2 tbsp butter or coconut oil, melted
1.Preheat oven to 350°.
2.Combine walnuts, raisins, honey,
cinnamon, cloves, and butter/🥥 oil.
3.Place apples into a 9×9 baking dish and stuff cored apples with walnut
mixture.
4.Bake uncovered for 40-45 min
5.Sprinkle with cinnamon or top with coconut whipped cream (or both).

•1 fennel bulb
•2 pears
•1 bunch fresh cilantro
•2 tablespoons olive oil
•1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
•Sea Salt & pepper to taste
•Grate the fennel and the pears in a food processor.
•Chop cilantro
•Combine lemon juice and olive oil
•Add the pears, fennel, cilantro, salt and pepper and toss well.
